Karishma (name changed) shares her own personal journey as a domestic violence survivor and advocate. The information shared by Karishma  is based on the terrifying life story which includes abused from the hand of her ex-husband. We have conversations on complex topics which includes long run abuse ,its impact , what’s it takes to break cycle, Nepali society pressure and so on She is a voice for the voiceless giving other survivors an inspiration and encouragements  to come forward and tell their stories too.

In this episode we have invited Blair Morton who is a Diversity and Inclusion Delivery Coordinator – Outreach worker at Life Saving Victoria.
This Podcast episode will benefit beach goers and swim enthusiasts from Nepali community by providing information on various prevention strategies to stop beach drowning. This episode offers safety tips including how to spot a RIP. We also divulge on the prevention strategies to stop Child (0-4 years) fatal drowning rate, current gaps when it comes to CALD and migrant communities and water safety. In this episode we speak to the two leading women figures of Nepali community from Melbourne. Bobby Lama is a Gender Equity and family violence Project Co-Ordinator at Whittlesea Community Connection (WCC) , Melbourne. Bobby also oversees WCC women’s group Grant Co-Ordinator. Bobbys is also the instigator for establishing the Nepalese women's football team with UNITED FC in Melbourne.
Second Guest, Lalisha is first Nepali Australian recipient of Victorian Honours roll Of Women- 2023, for her outstanding work and contribution towards the Nepalese women in Australia.  Lalisha is currently serving as a Vice President of Nepalese Association of Victoria (NAV).
In this episode we explore a range of topics on women’s issues. Both Bobby and Lalisha will share their experience and views on how their role has been inspiring and motivating others in the community. They take on the questions such as five issues migrant women are facing in the Nepali community, women’s issues that need an urgent platform, role they have been playing individually or in organization to ensure the presented issues are being heard.
Nothing is off the table with these two—their candid conversations cover everything from myths. misconceptions to mischaracterization of women.
More importantly they will reveal two community members who they look up to as their role model.

On this very first episode of season three, Chiya Guff @ Oz has invited Mr. Dheeraj Kandel who is a Civil engineer by profession and currently working as a Project Manager in an infrastructure project in Melbourne, Victoria. 
In addition to his full-time job, Dheeraj is also a volunteer with Country Fire Authority (CFA). Dheeraj joined CFA in Sep 2022 and finished training to be a volunteer firefighter in 2023. Dheeraj has a genuine passion for volunteering for the community which is also one of the reasons he has embarked on the journey as a Country Fire Authority volunteer.  
In this episode, we talk to Dheeraj about the CFA volunteering process and what it takes to be a CFA volunteer. We explore a range of topics such as What is CFA, who can be a volunteer, what volunteers’ roles are available.
